MEP Project (Mechanical, Electrical Installations and Sanitary)
The mechanical, electrical and sanitary installation services cover the application of engineering and modeling in all the MEP components of your project, creating a systematized design that will allow you to define the best route and design of the other installations, reducing execution times through of the detection and solution of interdisciplinary collisions. The model will allow:
- Generate mechanical, electrical and sanitary plans (floors, sections and details).
- Coordinate and unify all disciplines in a single project.

3D visualization
Visual content rendering and production services are essential so that everyone involved in the project can visualize the final result before its execution. Being useful both for internal information purposes and for advertising strategies. Deliverables include:

Creating content for Revit
Content creation services for Revit include family modeling through detail plans and 3D views. This allows manufacturers to digitize their products, representing them geometrically and having the possibility of storing technical information. Point Cloud Survey
We carry out surveys of existing situations, whether land or buildings, through the use of photogrammetry and LIDAR, this in order to generate a cloud of points that digitally represents the space to be used in BIM models, either to make measurements or as reference. - Description: Modeling of the entire structure and architecture of a Business Center. The model was used for the coordination and subsequent execution of the mechanical installations.

- Modeled Footage: 15,548 m2.
- Description: Hotel in which a general remodeling was carried out. The structure and architecture were modeled. The model was used for the coordination and subsequent execution of the mechanical installations.

Cybermatics Offices Project
- Discipline: Architecture and Modeling of families.
- Modeled Footage: 336 m2.
- Metric calculations.
- Description: Architectural redesign of an office, in which a complete survey of the architecture and subsequent modeling of it was made, along with all its furniture available. The model was used to propose a new distribution of jobs, along with the creation of its final floor plans.

Pumping Station Project
- Discipline: Structure and Hydraulic Installations.
- Modeled Footage: 1260m2.
- Description: The client required modeling of the tank, facilities and hydraulic equipment of a pumping station located in Sebucan, Caracas. The final product allowed for a complete visualization of all components and the production of accurate metric computations for the project.

- Description: Single-family home for which a complete modeling of all disciplines was carried out. The model was used for coordination, production of plans, 2D/3D visualization and calculation of materials.
